Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. No Return or Exchanges:

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the services we provide, we do not offer returns or exchanges on the completed work.

2. Revisions:

We strive for customer satisfaction and therefore offer up to 3 rounds of revisions on the initial designs. This must be exercised within a timeframe of 30 days following the delivery of the initial designs. Further revisions may be possible but will incur additional charges.

3. Project Cancellation:

In the event a client wishes to cancel a project, the client will be billed for all the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The charge will be based on an hourly rate, or the percentage of project completion, whichever is greater.

4. Refunds:

No refunds will be given once work on a project has begun. If a project is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund will be given based on the percentage of work completed.

5. Project Termination:

In the event a project is terminated by the client, all rights to the work completed up to the point of termination remain with Trailhead 8 Studios until the project is paid in full. The client may negotiate a separate agreement to purchase the completed work.

6. Payment:

Full payment is due once the final design is approved and delivered. If payment is not made within the specified period, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.

7. Disputes:

In the case of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through an agreed-upon third-party arbitration service.
